Clothing & Shoes - Only fashionable clothing and shoes in season will be accepted. Clothing must be neatly folded, free of pet hair, without odors (including smoke), wrinkles, stains, tears and other flaws. Any hangers or totes brought into the store will not be returned to the owner. Any clothing or shoes received that do not meet our standards will be donated to charity at the discretion of the store, including out of season clothing and shoes. Formal clothing and suits should be left on hangers. Any time we are receiving too much clothing, clothing will be limited to 10 pieces of clothing per customer, per visit. All unsold clothing will be clearanced then donated to charity at the end of each season.

Toys - Toys should be clean and working properly. If a toy requires batteries, then the batteries must to be included. No toys with missing parts or backs, non working, soiled, broken or toys with other flaws will be accepted. No stuffed animals or McDonalds toys.

Furniture - Furniture should be clean, dusted, functional with minimal damage. Furniture with deep scratches, broken, non working parts, missing drawers, or other flaws cannot be dropped off at the store. If you have a question as to whether or not the furniture is acceptable, please check with a sales associate before unloading it.

Knick-knacks - Knick-knacks will be accepted, but limited to 10 items per customer per visit.

Dishes & Stemware - Dishes and Stemware will be accepted in sets only. No odd and end dishes or pieces of stemware will be accepted. All pieces must be clean, free of chips and cracks, no missing lids or other flaws.

Appliances - Appliances must be working, current appliances. Nothing will be accepted with missing or broken pieces or old appliances.

Bedding & Linens - Bedding and linens should be clean and free of pet hair, stains, burn holes, odors (including smoke), tears or other flaws. Bedding should be brought into the store in the appropriate season. Heavy bedspreads, quilts and afghans will be sold in the winter months only. Bedding and linens brought into the store that do not meet our standards will be donated to charity.

Baby Furniture - Baby furniture should be clean and free of stains and odors. Furniture requiring batteries should be dropped off with working batteries. Child safety seats and cribs should be in date, and swings should be working properly. No baby furniture with recalls will be accepted.

Books - We are accepting novels and cookbooks only at this time. Books should be free of odors and tears. No encyclopedias or old smelly books will be accepted.

Sporting Goods - Fishing and camping gear, hunting supplies, or other sporting goods should be in good working order. No weapons will be accepted.

Musical Instruments - Only working musical instruments will be accepted.

Electronic Devices - We will accept working game consoles, VCRs, DVD players, mp3 players and stereos. DVDs, CDs, and game discs should be free of scratches or other flaws. VHS tapes will be accepted. All music and movies must be in their original cases. No televisions or cable systems.

Please check with a sales associate before bringing any items not mentioned in this agreement. Anyone who continually brings in unacceptable items may loose their consignment rights. We have the right to refuse service to anyone. At the end of each season we will clearance clothing and shoes for one month and then donate the remaining items to charity. i-Shop cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items, including, but not limited to fire or theft.
